Working with Kambo is not about force or instant transformation.

It’s a process of listening. To the body, to what has been building beneath the surface, and to what may be ready to shift.

Working with Kambo is not about force or quick change. It’s a process of listening to the body, to what’s been building, and to what’s ready to shift.

Kambo came into my life during a period where I felt deeply uncertain and disconnected from myself.

A close friend invited me to experience it for the first time at a retreat, and something about the process immediately resonated with me. What followed wasn’t an overnight transformation, but a gradual return to clarity, discipline, and a stronger relationship with my body.

Over the months that followed, I continued working with the medicine and began noticing profound shifts in both my physical and emotional well-being. I felt cleaner, more grounded, more resilient, and more connected to the direction I wanted my life to move in.

Eventually, that journey led me into endurance running, marathons, and later ultramarathons. These practices became deeply intertwined with the focus, presence, and resilience I experienced through Kambo.

Today, facilitating ceremonies feels like a natural extension of that path.

KAMBO - MY PRACTICE

A practice that continues to shape my life

Kambo remains an important part of my life today, not only as a ceremonial practice, but as a way of staying connected to my body, my discipline, and the way I move through the world.

The qualities I first experienced through the medicine, including focus, resilience, presence, and clarity, continue to support me both personally and physically, particularly through endurance running and long-distance training.

What keeps me connected to this work is not only the medicine itself, but the sense of growth, responsibility, and community surrounding it. It continues to deepen my relationship with myself, and my ability to show up fully for others.

How the work is held

Holding space with care

Facilitating Kambo now feels like a natural extension of my own journey with the medicine.

My role is not to direct or interfere with someone’s experience, but to hold a grounded space where they feel safe enough to move through it themselves. That means staying present, attentive, and deeply respectful of each individual process.

Every session is approached with care, preparation, and responsibility, without pressure, expectation, or performance. From our first conversation through to integration afterward, my intention is always the same. To help people feel informed, supported, and safe throughout the process.

THE EXPERIENCE

Every journey begins with a discovery call.

This is a chance for us to connect, speak about your intentions, and make sure the work feels safe and aligned for you. We’ll also discuss preparation, fasting, and any important medical or emotional considerations beforehand.

On the day of the session, we begin slowly, usually with tea, conversation, and grounding practices to help you settle into the space. Depending on the session, we may also work with rapé and sananga before moving into the Kambo ceremony itself.

Throughout the process, my role is to remain present, attentive, and supportive while guiding you safely and at your own pace.

Afterward, we allow time for rest, reflection, and integration, with guidance around aftercare and ongoing support if needed.
